WHAT DOES THIS PROJECT DO?

It provides real estate consulting services specializing in regenerative design and production. It builds on the accepted dimensions of regeneration. It applies these dimensions to the site using guiding principles design that offers con guration, scale, and rhythm to the real estate development and its integration with existing communities. It also analyzes, evaluates, and certi es regenerative real estate developments under the peer-review modality. It promotes its services locally and globally. It systematizes, publishes, and disseminates on the intersection between natural and urban landscape.

HOW IS IT GOVERNED?

The center reports directly to the Rector’s Office and forms work teams on demand.

WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?

It is part of a center for analysis and design of regenerative strategies for cities and urban
sites installed at the University for International Cooperation (UCI). It is also a set of partnerships between urban developers, architects and engineers, scientists, and UCI.

HOW IS IT VALIDATED?

By evaluating its productivity (turnover versus expenses and investment), the number of projects consulted, quali cation of work teams, client satisfaction, promotion effectiveness, participation in specialized events, and publications.
