WHAT DOES THIS PROJECT DO?
It manages a process of dissemination and education on regeneration as an alternative development paradigm. It designs and executes a set of actions and events under the train-the- trainer modality, identi es capacities and interests, and designates the regeneration champion and regeneration activist category. It forms a critical mass of leaders and systematizes and adapts a toolbox and a narrative. It con gures a real community and a virtual community of regeneration. It produces, realizes, and widely distributes diverse communication products.

It operates under the direction of an advisory committee and the Rectory of UCI.
WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?
It is a unit of experts in leadership, persuasion, negotiation, communication, and community integration attached to the University for International Cooperation (UCI).
HOW IS IT VALIDATED?
By the number of participants, champions and activists appointed, projects executed by advocates and activists, community impact, communication and dissemination products delivered and distributed, analysis of the positioning of the regeneration seal in different audiences, and the leaders trained in positions of power and authority in the public and private sector.
