WHAT DOES THIS PROJECT DO?

This project is designed to generate the tools and processes required to adequately monitor and report progress in soil regeneration, CO2 sequestration, biodiversity, and health indexes. It allows for development of IT tools, the use of sensors, and blockchain for collection of data.

HOW IS IT GOVERNED?

It is governed by UCI in partnership with all stakeholders.

WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?

It is an applied research project that establishes methodologies to set baselines and supports data collection to track soil carbon, biodiversity, and other key indicators to demonstrate progress, and supports decision making, especially the validation of results for adequate storytelling.

HOW IS IT VALIDATED?

By measuring usable outcomes that adequately demonstrate progress in the many areas Regenerative Costa Rica is working on.
